If you are not completely satisfied that your computer is more secure with installed AVG protection, please contact us within 30-days of purchase for a full refund.

Yes, for all AVG home and business products we provide a 30-day, money back guarantee. This cooling-off period is designed to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of AVG software and to remove any risk from your purchase.

Beyond this cooling-off period, AVG will not normally give refunds if you change your mind. We do however provide 24/7 technical support and will happily solve any technical challenges you encounter with our software.

PLEASE NOTE: This money back guarantee does not apply to retail purchases of AVG; each reseller has their own refund policy and should be contacted directly for these matters. Additionally, the policy does not apply to the cost of providing and shipping an AVG installation disc when this has been requested and the CD/DVD is not faulty. In these circumstances the guarantee only covers the license cost of the AVG product(s).

In the rare event you are not satisfied with your AVG product and require a refund:

Home products purchased on-line

  1. Visit the AVG Sales Support page at http://support.avg.com/support_sales.
  2. Click Request a refund.
  3. Follow the instructions to submit the refund request.
Mobile and home products purchased via Google Play

To request a refund for a mobile product, it is necessary to provide the email address used in Google Play to purchase the product, and the Transaction ID of the purchase. Please do the following:

  1. Visit Google Wallet and log in using the email address and password that you use on your phone for Google Play purchases.
  2. In the Transactions - Completed list, click the transaction that should be refunded.

    Note: If you do not see the transaction in the list, please make sure you are logged into Google Wallet using the email address that was used for the purchase.
  3. The transaction details will be shown on the right side. Please copy the Transaction ID number.
  4. Visit the AVG Sales Support page at http://support.avg.com/support_sales.
  5. Click Request a refund.
  6. Follow the instructions. When filling in the description of your request, make sure to provide:

    - Email address used in Google Play or Google Wallet.
    - Transaction ID found in the transaction details as described above.
  7. Submit your request.

Business products
Please contact AVG Business Support for business product refunds.

Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
