The System Information (MSInfo32) export can be requested by AVG Support for troubleshooting purposes.
- Press the Windows Start button, start typing
msinfo32
to open the search field, and select System Information from the search results. - In the System Information window, click File ▸ Save.
- Enter a file name (for example, msinfo), then click Save. We recommend saving the file to your desktop for easy access.
- Send the export to AVG Support and wait for further instructions.
- On your keyboard, press the

key and R
key simultaneously to open the Run dialog. - Type
msinfo32
, then click OK. - In the System Information window, click File ▸ Save.
