Creating a System Information export

The System Information (MSInfo32) export can be requested by AVG Support for troubleshooting purposes.

  1. Press the Windows Start button, start typing msinfo32 to open the search field, and select System Information from the search results.
  2. In the System Information window, click FileSave.
  3. Enter a file name (for example, msinfo), then click Save. We recommend saving the file to your desktop for easy access.
  4. Send the export to AVG Support and wait for further instructions.
  1. On your keyboard, press the Win key and R key simultaneously to open the Run dialog.
  2. Type msinfo32, then click OK.
  3. In the System Information window, click FileSave.
