AVG Support may ask for read-only permission to Cloud Manager in order to view how the environment is configured. This will help with investigating issues with applications, role membership, policy, enrollment, and more.
Any user in the System Administrator (sysadmin) Cloud Role can grant read-only access to Support.
Note: Read-only access does not allow the Support team to modify any settings or edit any information in Cloud Manager.
To grant read-only support follow the instructions below:
- Log in to the Cloud Manager.
- Click your name in the top right corner and select the Support link from the drop down.
- Select the drop down under Grant read-only access to Support.
- Choose the amount of time you would like to grant Support read-only access to your Cloud Manger.
- Click Save.
