How to report missed spam in AVG Business Products

In the event that spam is received which has not been detected by AVG Internet Security Business Edition or AVG Email Server Edition, you can report it by following the steps below:
  1. Save the messages in msg format by dragging and dropping them from your email client into a new message
  2. Send the messages as attachments in the same msg format. Do not zip them into a folder
  3. Send the missed detections to
  4. The mailbox routes to an automated system so you will not receive a reply or confirmation
