How to resolve Exchange 2013 Add-ins not loading

If you encounter AVG Exchange Add-ins not loading after installing AVG Internet Security Business Edition or Email Server Edition on a Windows Server running Exchange 2013 Service Pack 1, please follow the steps below:

  1. Review the following Microsoft Article
  2. This article includes a a Fixit tool, which will run a PowerShell script that will apply a fix and should resolve the issue
  3. After running the Fixit tool, run a repair installation of AVG
