Contacting AVG Support via the contact form included in AVG mobile apps

The AVG direct support option is available only in paid versions of AVG mobile products.

To resolve certain technical issues, you may need to contact AVG Support. Follow steps in this article to contact AVG Support via the contact form included in your AVG mobile app.

Refer to the steps in the relevant section below according to your operating system and product:

Android

  1. Open AVG AntiVirus and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  2. Scroll down and select Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap AVG direct support.
  4. Fill out all required fields and tap Submit Message.
  1. Open AVG Cleaner and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap Direct support.
  4. Fill out all required fields and tap Submit.
  1. Open AVG Secure VPN and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Scroll down and tap Contact support.
  4. Fill out all required fields and tap Send.
  1. Open Alarm Clock Xtreme and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Direct support.
  3. Fill out all required fields and tap Submit.

iOS

  1. Open AVG Secure VPN and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Contact Support.
  3. Tap the relevant option according to the nature of your issue.
  4. Fill all required fields and tap Submit.
  1. Open AVG Mobile Security and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Tap Contact Support.
  3. Tap the relevant option according to the nature of your issue.
  4. Fill out all required fields and tap Submit.

AVG Support representatives will investigate your issue and contact you as soon as possible. Sending a message directly from your Android app ensures that our representatives receive device logs to help resolve the issue as quickly and effectively as possible.
