Not possible to connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to computers running Personal Firewall

Problem description

It is currently not possible to connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to computers where Norman Personal Firewall 10 is installed and active. This is an issue introduced in Norman Security Suite 10. It works fine in Norman Security Suite 9. 

Solution

A fix has been released through Internet Update. If you are still experiencing this problem, please contact your local Norman support department.
