Choose the right AVG product

We encourage you to download and use free-trial versions of our paid products to remove the risk from your purchasing decisions. You can download free-trial versions of paid AVG products from the AVG Store. To view available free-trial versions, select the relevant link below according to your operating system:

NOTE: Not all paid products are available in free-trial version.

AVG refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased AVG product, contact us within 30 days to receive a full refund. This 30-day-money-back guarantee applies to AVG consumer products purchased using the following methods:

  • Online purchase via the AVG Store.
  • Purchase via an offer within another AVG product.
  • Purchase via Google Play.

IMPORTANT: The 30-day-money-back guarantee does not apply to AVG products purchased using the methods below:

  • Purchase via retail stores or third-party resellers. For information about the refund policy offered by a retail store or third-party reseller, contact the store or reseller directly.
  • Purchase via the App Store. For information about the App Store's refund policy and instructions to request a refund, refer to the article below from Apple Support:

AVG does not normally offer refunds for products if more than 30 days have passed since purchase. However, if you experience technical issues with a paid AVG product, you can contact AVG Support to resolve any problems via email, chat, or telephone. NOTE: Before requesting a refund, ensure that AVG's refund policy applies to your purchase by referring to the previous section of this article.

  1. Go to AVG Sales Support.
  2. Click Request a refund.
