Contacting AVG Support directly via an AVG mobile app

The contact form is only available in paid versions of AVG mobile apps.

If you experience issues with an AVG mobile app, you can contact AVG Support via the contact form included in the app. This ensures that your request includes device logs and other additional details, which allow our support agents to resolve your issue quickly and effectively.

If the contact form is not available because your AVG app has crashed or does not load, you can also submit your request via our Technical Support form.

Refer to the relevant information below according to your device and product.

Your AVG Android app:

AVG AntiVirus

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open AVG AntiVirus and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Scroll down and select Help & Feedback.
  4. Tap AVG direct support.
  5. Complete all of the fields and tap Message us.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.

AVG Cleaner

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open AVG Cleaner and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Direct support.
  4. Complete all of the fields.
    • Optionally, tap the gray (OFF) slider next to Attach debug logs so that it changes to green (ON). Enabling this option ensures that debug logs are included in your request to help us diagnose the cause of any unusual behavior.
  5. Tap Submit.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.

AVG Secure VPN

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open AVG Secure VPN and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Scroll down and tap Contact support.
  5. Complete all of the fields and tap Send.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.

AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open Alarm Clock Xtreme and tap Menu (three lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap Help and FAQ.
  4. Tap Direct support.
  5. Complete all of the fields and tap Submit.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.

Your AVG iOS app:

AVG Mobile Security

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open AVG Mobile Security and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Contact Support.
  4. Select the relevant option according to your issue type.
  5. Complete all of the fields.
    • By default, your request includes log files that help us diagnose the cause of any unusual behavior. If you do not want to include log files in your request, select Attach log file for analysis and tap the green (ON) slider so that it changes to gray (OFF).
  6. Tap Submit.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.

AVG Secure VPN

  1. If possible, reproduce the issue that caused you to contact AVG Support.
  2. Open AVG Secure VPN and tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Tap Contact support.
  5. Complete all of the fields and tap Send.

AVG Support will review your request and contact you via the contact email address you provided in the contact form.
