Dear support!

My 'hacker attacks' icon now says i am not protected and i can't activate it. 
what is the problem?
what to do?

Hello Gyula,

We are aware of this "Hecker Protection" not active.

This was reported as bug and will get resolved in next AVG update.

Your computer will be safe and protected by AVG.

The AVG Team are experiencing a known issue with AVG Firewall currently and it is confirmed as a bug.
The fix for the bug will be released as soon as possible.

Adam, this bug will be resolved soon.

Please follow the below steps and check if that fix the firewall issue.

Open AVG Internet Security, go to Menu, Settings and then troubleshooting. Click on "Restore factory settings", this will enable the "Hacker Protection" component.

Please restart your computer once and update me the status.

Please let us know if Hacker attacks alone is getting disabled. If so, you can try repairing the program (http://avgclick.me/RepairAVG) once to check. 
If issue persists, write back to us in your own/individual post to check the product details in your account & help you with the appropriate support option to sort this in a timely manner.
