Hello, I have now successfully installed AVG Internet 'pro' on our mobiles. I have also gone through the process of setting up Anti Theft. When I log in to my.avg account, it shows our mobiles as having been registered for anti-theft. However, I now have two problems. I can't actually do anything??? When I try to activate any of the anti theft features I get a message telling me that AVG can't connect with my phone? Also, in the tools section, when I try an put in our AVG pins, I keep getting an error message and the pins do not get saved? Thanks, Paul
