Problem with activation and registration of AVG PC TuneUP product

I purchased a key in the Abisoft store for AVG PC TuneUp 1 user / 1 Year. I got the key and activated it through the program, but I did not manage to register the key via AVG PC TuneUP. I receive a message stating that my email address or activation key is already registered.

I see that you have successfully registered the AVG PC TuneUp subscription to the email address you used to contact us. You can go ahead and activate the PC TuneUp program using the new license number that was sent to you upon successful registration. For your convenience, I have sent you an email with new license number details and reactivation instructions. Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

It asked me to register and i am registered alredy.
my lice code was exepted but it says exprire in 14 day and that i have to register.

Hello Jeanne,

It looks like you have already registered the sales key, but didn't enter the full license number for activation.
The full license number will be sent via email once you complete the registration process.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Hi! I have the same problems like Kuzyakin's. I bought an activation in Semptember. Anyway the AVG Antittack has stopped recognizing me recently.

Hi. I have a similar problem. Renewed my subscription. The software stopped working and I updated but it seems to have only given mt the free version with no actual working components. Help!
