When I try to open my VPN I just get the message: Sorry, AVG secure VPN is not responding, I press the RESTART button but it just brings me back to the same message. No other options available. My laptop updated Windows 10, since then I cannot open my VPN.
I regret for the inconvenience caused. I'd request you to restart AVG Secure VPN service and check if that resolves the issue.
On the Windows desktop, click Start, and then click Run. In the Run dialog box, in the Open field, type services.msc, and then click OK. In the Services window, locate AVG Secure VPN service, double click on it to open Properties. Click on Stop and Start it again to restart.
