Script error messages keep popping on numerous websites sometimes freezing the site up and computer has to be re-started. I have asked before, but haven't seen a reply of how to get rid of them. Only started to appear in last two weeks.
Hello Mel, We appreciate your efforts. Please try to take a photo using other devices and attach it here. We don't think, AVG Tuneup will cause this issue. Have you put your browser into sleep mode using AVG Tuneup? To determine the exact cause and to assist you further, we have sent you an email with the link to get connected with our technical team. Please follow that email and you will be able to resolve this issue quickly.
Script errors appears as soon as certain websites are logged onto . They are all different depending on the site but iy's getting impossible to use computer. Don't know about screenshot etc.
Thank you for providing us the info, Mel. Here is the article which has the steps to create screenshot. Please follow those steps & share us the screenshot here. (After creating screenshot, click on Answer to this post - Click on Mountain symbol - Browse & attach file).
Tried to screenshot several times but the script messages stop you going to file and saving, you have to get it off screen before it will save , so doesn't show on print. Scrip errors are getting more frequent on many websites. I just realised that this has started since I added "tune up " to the my AVG package and have never seen it before. Would there be any connection ? Getting a pain as I use Horse Racing sites a lot and two of these are not hopeless and the script comes on and blocks progress.
