unsubscribe my subscription

Hello
I wanted to cancel my subscription that was due to be renewed on July 13. Today is the 12th, but the automatic payment is out. 
How do I unsubscribe and get a refund? I returned the PayPal receipt, but I don't know if I have to do anything else.
I also don't know if I've done it right, I've unlisted the antivirus as well.
