About an E-mail from avg.cs@digitalriver.com (03/08/2019-08:09)

In this e-mailmessage was said, that my supscription extension for AVG Secure VPN
was till 18-08-2020 (me ?)
However, I payed from my creditcard already € 59,99 but not for 1 year or 3 years, but for 2 years
So, I want a new message from Digital River (Ireland) with their confirmation that my supscription extension for AVG VPN will be go till 18-08-2021. That is what I payed for! (2 years).

With kind regards,
E. Medema

E. Medema, we request you not to share the mobile number on a public forum. We will not be able to make an outbound call from our end.
We do realize about the purchase window that would appear from our program.
However, we would like to clarify that the €59.99 charge was debited for the auto renewal of your AVG Secure VPN - Windows (1 User) (1 Year) subscription.
It wasn't due to the standard purchase that you tried from our app interface.
If you find this price as high for 1 year subscription, then you can get refund for this renewal and contact our sales team https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat to get a discount.
To get refund, give us a confirmation here.
Thank you.

Hello E. Medema,

Let me explain you about the account information.

On checking, you have purchased AVG Secure VPN (1 year subscription) purchased on 8/3/19 for €59.99 valid till 8/18/2020. I do not see 3-year subscription for AVG Secure VPN on your account.
E. MedemaE. Medema
Mrs. Priyan,
You are right, that you d'ont see on the(my) account. But I refer to the picture that sometimes is coming on my screen for the product AVG Secure VPN to get the offer to choose for an subscription:
of 1 year  for € 39,99 ; 2 years for €59,99 and 3 years for  € 99,99.
And I have shosen before 18-08-2019 for 2 years. So, I d'ont understand why I get VPN on the account (the bill in the e-mail)  for 1 year????

Greating,
E. Medema

E. Medema, could you share a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of that pop up? It could be possible that you erroneously chose a different plan on the checkout page.
If you believe you placed a wrong order, we can process refund for it so you can reach our sales team and buy AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription).
Awaiting your confirmation to proceed further.

Mr. Avinash,
Sorry, I cannot make a screenshot of that Pop-up, because it comes not any longer on my screen any more.
Reason for that is maybe the help from the Techn. Support (from U.K.) that I have had yesterday afternoon, to reactivate my  "AVG Secure VPN"  to put in the rightway the 'activationcode' for this product. So, my AVG Secure VPN is working now correctly. That's why the the Pop-up does not appears any longer.
But I believe that you know how this Pop-up looks like. You can choose for one of the three options for a supscription. Maybe I clicked on the wrong choice(?) But that is strange, because I payed for € 59,99  and that amount was visible standing for 2 years. Otherwise I should have payed  € 39,99 for 1 year,
that was mentioned on my account.
Maybe someone can call me on my mobile phone: (phone number removed) for this miscommunication.
Greatings, E. Medema
