Problem in cancelling automatic renewal of subscription

How can i stop the automatic renewal of my subscription - all online possibilities are not working!

Hello Werner.
We regret to hear that you can not cancel the subscription from your end.
I have cancelled automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security (3 computers) license, valid till 20th Oct 2019 and assure you will not be charged for its renewal.
If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

Dear Avinash.

Thank you for your VERY FAST reaction. Maybe i will still continue to work with this product, but i want decide it by myself if i want to renew or not. I dont want to have an automatic renewal.

So i am very happy that you solved my problem.
