"Are you still with us?" Email - Legitimate?

I received an email from customer.support@global.avg.com today saying that I haven’t logged in to MyAccount in a while (which is true as I no longer use AVG). To be on the safe side, I was wondering if this email was legitimate as it was in my spam folder and isn’t an email address format I’ve seen from other AVG emails? Plus, all the links in the email point to the same URL when hovered over - I did not click on any of them.

Yes, the email you received is legitimate and it is from us. Since you haven't logged into your AVG My Account, you have received this email notification.
