License Renewal

I have had AVG IS and TuneUp for years and usually are able to renew my subscription when the existing has expired by simply opening the dashboard and inputting the new key
. I've been plagued for the last two weeks to renew (same for TuneUp and other notifications, it makes you wonder if it's worth the hassle) but I usually wait until the expiry as if you renew when all the notices start popping up you always loose out on days if you renew too early.  My existing licenses ran out at mignight last night so I went to renew this morning and now I can't even open the program to renew the license. I just don't get it with AVG and perhaps it's time to go with another?

I have had the same problem - It is the absolute worst fiasco - whoever designed the procss wants firing.  Nothing joins up.  Even working out how to login to this site is a long winded process.  All the normal surport links push tou to login to MyAccount.  Aaaaaarh

Perhaps you can see a different system to what we can see? It's the same with the answer from Avinash, I'll explain, again!
Firstly I've been advised to go to my account from which all my subscriptions and products are supposedly listed so I can input the activation code / license key I've been given but they aren't nothing is listed i.e blank. Instead of waiting to receive more useless information I decided to do a work around and eventually got AVG IS working okay on two laptops but only one version of TuneUp on the other. I then went to activate and renew the keys for both IS and TuneUp on my 3rd PC and it says that the code has already been used??? I purchased a 1 year license for 3 x PC's for IS and TuneUp.
If you cannot provide the solution could I request someone from 2nd line Support to advise what I should do to resolve this ongoing saga please?

It is March 2020 and the same issue occurs. I agree with a previous statement that if it can't be fixed it may be  time to move to another program. This sort of thing happened with Norton which is why I moved to AVG. Now, is it time to move again?

If AVG subscription details aren't appearing on AVG MyAccount, then there is some synchronization issue.
