Hi Stanley.
Thank you for writing us here.
You have an active subscription for AVG Secure VPN (1 computer, 2 years).
Yours being a single computer subscription, you can transfer AVG Secure VPN from old PC to new PC.
Just uninstall the product from old PC and download it on the new PC.
I have sent an email containing instructions on how to uninstall and install it again on new PC.
Please check your inbox and spam box as well.

the vpn does not appear on my new computer to uninstall and muy old computer has been \put out on the tip so is there any way to retreave it?

Stan, if in case your old computer is inoperable you need not uninstall AVG Secure VPN from it.
You can just go ahead and install AVG Secure VPN on your new PC. To resolve this easy and quick, I'd request you to contact our remote assistance team from your new PC.

I have also have a problem in my laptop that when I have change my laptop my AVG account is expired But I have completed every process But I didn't resolve my problem and I have also secure VPN but it doesn't work.

Recently had a windows update and now pop-up every startup asking if I want to permit app to make changes. checked web and  learned that this could be a virus or it could be part of sonic studio.  cannot get rid of it
