Connection

I have AVG VPN on my android phone. It is very difficult to connect to. It either won't activate because it is hit or miss or else when i do manage to connect, it will disconnect itself.

AVG antivirus ultimate. I pay for the service as i upgraded to it

We could see that you have purchased AVG Ultimate for Android device.
On AVG Antivirus app installed on your Android device, will have the VPN service.
In order to resolve the issue, let us reset the AVG Antivirus app and check the status with VPN.
Get in to Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus---> Tap on clear cache and clear data -> Force stop the app.
Restart the device.
Keep us apprised about the status.
