The notice is blueiris.exe was moved to quarantine because it is infected with FileRepMalware
The owner of Blue Iris told me to "check the digital signature" but did not tell me WHAT to look for exactly. Furthermore he said there have been some false positives but he is confident there is no malware/virus on the file.
Can someone chime in with their two cents before I tear my hair out trying to resolve this issue?

I filled out the false/positive form
I assume I'd only confirm it is safe after your analysis?
