Hice la facturación el pago y se finalizó la compra, clickee en aceptar y continuar y no se me compró el producto. Me estafaron.

We could not find any subscriptions under the account that you have provided for AVG community.
Hence, we have sent an email for you to provide the order reference that you received for AVG purchase.
Please also share the screenshot of the bank statement through the same email that shows the charge debited for AVG purchase.
