Hi, This version of AVG (19.8.3108 (build 19.8.4257.552) has blocked my Sonos and I cannot run the application unless I turn off Enhanced Firewall. I have tried putting the sonos executable in as an exception and enabled all the system rules but the Sonos executable will only find the Sonos system if I turn off the Enhanced Firewall. Thanks
Tried that added Sonos.exe and the sonos link but makes no difference. It also now blocks my NAS drive from being available (does not map). The only thing I can seem to do is disable enhanced firewall then all is good!
Neil, let us change the network profile and check the status. Refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned under "Define Network profiles" to change the profile to "private". Once done with that, check the status with Sonos.exe and NAS drive. Keep us posted.
I appreciate your efforts in finding the root cause of the issue.
I suggest you to refer the below article to allow the specific application and check if you're able to run the file.

However, you still can't connect the Sonos.
