Unable to activate Anti-Theft - MyAVG Login Failed
Hi,
I am currently having problems with my android app connecting to Anti Theft. i have purchased the product and gone through the setup and activation steps for anti-theft. Once I try to connect to my AVG account/Enable web control (Step 3) I cannot link my account. Logging in with my login and password just result in a "Login failed" message although checking my subscription on chrome or PC shows it is all active? Clicking "Forgot password" sends me to the subscription page showing my active subscription. Any help would be appreciated

I do have the same problem, can't login to my account from the app on ondriod. I am using the latest version of the app, changed my password, logging with no problem from the web, but still can't form the App. Thank you.
I just purchased Premium on Android and am unable to login to set up Anti-Theft. I get a login failed, yet when I go to the website itself I can log in just fine. I just converted over from Mcafee and was hoping I wouldn't need to spend time contacting support to set this up? There must be a bug of some sort. Can you please help, otherwise I would like to return the product.

I tried to access the anti theft page and it required me to log in with my AVG account, put it gave the above error Prepaid Gift Balance (https://www.prepaidgiftbalance.one/).
