Hello All, On my wifes computer, running Windows 7. I cannot install AVG Free. The problem started when Avast free stopped working and it advised that the Base Filtering Engine was missing probably due to malware through Adobe Flash Player and could not be rectified. I run malware Fighter and then, on checking services.mcs i found that the BFE was back but I could still not get Avast free working. With the BFE issue resolved I decided to delete both Avast Free and AVG Free and start over again with reinstalling AVG Free. After downloading it starts to install but then advises a problem and cannot complete the install. Any advise please

Hello, restarted PC and tried to re-install AVG Free but it failed on download. Could not save Error Log to clipboard (screen button not working) so tok photo, see attached
