I would like the AVG TuneUp Deprecated Features back please

Have had a subscription to TuneUp for years. Way before AVG bought it from tune-up.com. It has always had individual tools that I can run including registry checker, disk checker, disk defragmentation, etc etc etc.

Recently, AVG decided to take away all these individual tools and replace them with a fundamentally inferior product. I purchased the subscription based on getting the FULL SUITE of tools at my disposal and not a subset.

Is anyone from AVG authorised to indicating whether there would be any chance for this to be rectified in the near future?

We realize the situation of yours. We removed certain features in the revamped version of AVG PC TuneUp and this is purely based on the feedback provided by various customers.

Thanks Priyanga. Unfortunately, until AVG has restored the functionality I had paid for, I'm going to cancel my subscription which has been ongoing for the last 3 years. Good luck with the new strategy.

You can install an older version of AVG TuneUp from this link https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files-prd-tuh and that should fix the issue.

Follow the steps from this link https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-PC-TuneUp to activate.
