Matt Jeffries insufficient permissions - wont allow me to save an image from the internet
i mustve clicked somethiing i shouldnt have on AVG allowing a program to do something.... and now i can save an image from the internet (google chrome)
it says Failed insufficient permissions.... im sure its AVG and not anything else.
does anyone out there have the answer?

I understand the inconvenience.
May I know from which AVG program you received the notification?
sorry typing error.
Open AVG Internet Security 2017 version dashboard and click on "hacker attack" component.
You will find "Ransomware" feature in it, click on it and check on "Blacklisted" apps.
Check whether you have any files listed in it, if yes, do provide the name of it.
If no files are listed in it, (disable AVG Internet Security temporarily) and check whether you are able to save image from internet.
i restarted my computer and this has worked! Thank you so much, i knew it was something like that, i was looking at the other options... thanks this has been resolved very quickly.
