Is accountlink.yahoo.com really a phishing site?

When I try to link my Yahoo Mail accounts, when I add an email address and password, an AVG message states that accountlink.yahoo.com is a phishing site and blocks it.  Is this true?  If it isn't a phishing site, how do I get around the AVG block?

David,

Thank you for providing us the screenshot.
Unfortunately, we're unable to see the URL path that is being detected.

Could you please click on See Details and then attach a screenshot?

Thank you for providing screenshot David,
It seems the AVG detection is false positive. I request you to submit a sample here (https://www.avg.com/submit-sample), it will reach to our senior team. They will analyze the situation and provide you with a solution.
Best regards,
Alok.
