Re-Activate AVG

I have paid my subscription on 16th December but unable to re-active my subscription. When I open AVG Internet Security it say my AVG is out of date and there is no where to re-activate it

Hello Sally,
I am sorry to hear about this. Please click on 'Update now' button and check if AVG Internet Security gets updated. If the issue persists, please remove AVG Internet Security completely as per the steps mentioned here . Then reinstall it as per this article .

Hi Abirami,
I've finally found where to add new licence number and it shows that I have another 2 years. It still says AVG is out of date, would this be because it shows last computer scan was 4 months ago. When it last did a scan it stopped microsoft outlook from receiving or sending emails, howdo I prevent this from happening.

Appreciate your efforts but regret to hear that the program failed to install latest updates. Please go ahead and follow the instructions provided by Abirami Shanmugam to uninstall and re install AVG Internet Security and it should resolve the issue.

After you successfully re install AVG, let us know if you still experience issues with Outlook when AVG protection is enabled.

Hi Avinash

I have tried twice to uninstall AVG but it doesn't seem to finish the process. I tried to re-install but it says it is already installed and an erroe code:OxeOOlf992 appears. I can't now see where AVG is on my computer it seems to have disappeared from program list. So now I have no Internet Security at all.

I understand this must be upsetting. I will help you to fix it.

To resolve the issue please follow the steps provided in this article: How to troubleshoot issues after upgrade to the latest AVG antivirus product

Note: Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Internet Security by following the steps provided in this article: How to download, install, and activate AVG AntiVirus or Internet Security
