I received two invoices, two keys. Two licenses have been deducted from my bank account. I am asking for a refund on my account.

I received two messages with a link confirming that I want to extend the license. I did not confirm any of them. Then I received two invoices [Order ID removed] and [Order ID removed],as well as two documents with keys to the program.I want to extend only one license. I paid unnecessarily for the second.Please can I have my money back

We see that your refund has  been initiated and processed from our end for one payment. Not to worry, you have only one active AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) in your records now.

You can reactivate your AVG PC Tuneup using the license number sent under the Order ID [XXXXX695]. To reactivate, open AVG PC Tuneup -> Help & Support -> Activate product. Thank you!

I have already received the money. Thank you very much for the quick response.I guess it was not the fault of people only for a computer system. I have been using AVG Tune Up for years and can not imagine working on a computer without its help. Regards

I get a message every day. Only the number of days is changed. "Only the number of days is changed.Your license expires in 425 days. After this time, AVG will no longer optimize your computer. Renew it now."
I have a renewed license for a year.
