Can't sent emails when using VPN. Blocked by ISP

The location is not the problem.
No more trouble sending emails, I left the AVG Secure VPN.

Hello Ivan,
We are here to help you. We request you to change the AVG Secure VPN location (open AVG Secure VPN > disconnect > change location > select a nearby location > connect).
If the issue still persists, then please contact your ISP and check the status.

Thanks for your advice. However Telstra is a government controlled ISP, They don't like what you use your emails for.

Are you able to send emails by changing your location from AVG Secure VPN?

Do you still have any problem in sending emails with AVG Secure VPN enabled?
