I registered with AVG last year and i just received my renewal for my avg internet security. However, when i tried to login to my account with the email that recieved the renewal notice, it said that my email isnt registered. Now, I can not access my avg account to check my details. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
We don't see any active AVG subscription with this email account. Have you registered the AVG product with a different email address?

I think I may have. The email connected to my account is crxxxxxxx3@hotmail.com. However I can’t access it because the system says it isn’t registered. I had to use a different account for this
Hello, Ian. Please note that, an AVG MyAccount is not created automatically for the email address you use to make a purchase or register for a free product. You will have to create an account manually. You have not created AVG MyAccount with crxxxxxxxx3@hotmail.com. Click this link for instructions to create AVG MyAccount.
Upon creating the AVG MyAccount, click this link for instrucitons to login using the registered email address to reactivate AVG Internet Security.
