AntiTrack

my newly bought AntiTrack while on line after 1/2 hour It knocks me off line and I have to restart my PC Win7.

 this was not happening befor I installed AntiTrack software. I uninstalled then I reinstalled AVG AntiTrack, It still knocks me off line and I still have to reboot my PC win7.And your program keeps me off line, How do I get my money back?

This isn't the expected behavior.

I acknowledge your refund request. However, we request you to connect with our remote technician. They will help you to fix the issue.

I had the same issue with Antitrack-  after hours of trying I learned from Microsoft that it is NOT compatible with Windows XP.  I had to fully uninstall and delete from recycle bin (took 4 attempts to fully remove from PC)  Merely deleting program did not work-  this seems like a major glitch and was a huge inconvenience
