Digitial River Ireland.

I have just received my C/C account and find I have been charged $129.98 for a program I no longer use. Can someone please tell me how to get some sense out of the Digital river Ireland place as I am going around in circles and getting more frustrated. I certainly didn't know I had signed up for renewals as that isn't what i would do..lol. Please can someone help??????

We will clarify this for you.
AVG is partnered with the established eCommerce provider Digital River, which manages the online sale and distribution of AVG products and services.  
If you purchase an AVG product from the official AVG website or from the user interface of an AVG product, the order transaction may be fulfilled by Digital River.
You have been charged AUD99.99 and AUD29.99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - unlimited devices and AVG Password Protection subscription as the first purchase had auto renewal enabled.
An email notification was sent 30 days prior explaining this auto renewal process and the charge that is going to be taken.
Let us know how you would like to proceed with this charge?

Thanks for the helpful answer. I want this charge rescinded and an adjustment made to my account. I didn't authorise such a thing and I certainly never received this email.
