avg secure vpn

Good evening, I have a license valid until November 2020 for avg secure vpn but when I activate this function it tells me that avg has refused my license and to contact you

I can't upload the photo because it says it exceeds the weight limit.  I am Italian and the writing translated into English says: "connection error, the AVG secure VPN server has refused the license file".  at this point I can click either on "cancel" or on "contact support".  thank you
