После обновления Windows AVG TuneUp предлагает мне новую покупку всех функций, но у меня есть подписка на два года. беда в том, что ни по почте, ни по коду открывать не хочется. пишет, что произошла ошибка.И что же мне делать, ожидая совета!!!

I can't complete product activation.A specialist from the AVG online store remotely tried to activate this product and nothing happened.He told me to contact the head office of AVG.
