Issue with AVG and Express VPN

When i do a Leak Test with Express VPN i am exposed and i have been told by Express that AVG are also trying to reach out thereby causing the leak. When the firewall is off it works.How do i stop this from happening.

Hi There, my operating system is Windows 10 which has just been updated, I have also updated my Express VPN. I have been in contact with Express and sent them a diagnostic check and they tell me
that when I send a request to the Express DNS servers that AVG is also trying to reach out. Is there away of switching AVG vpn off.

I'd like to inform that AVG Internet Security does not have VPN included?
Do you have a trial version of AVG Secure VPN installed on your PC?

I have AVG Internet Security and since windows update i have had alot of problems, components of AVG Firewall keep swiching off, AVG  VPN connects to my Express VPN, nothing but problems with windows 10, thinking of  scrapping my laptop and windows 10 and AVG and swiching to Sampsung Galaxy Tab S6

As per our records, you do not have an active subscription for AVG Secure VPN. But if you have a trial version installed, we'd recommend using any one VPN application as they might conflict with each other. I'd also like to offer you a free remote assistance service to fix any other AVG related issues.
