I have had to reinstall Tune Up (Ultimate subscription)
Whwn I look at MY AVG there are blue dots against TuneUp and Secure VPN. What does that mean?

Thank you for the screenshot.

The blue dot near the AVG icon conveys that you have an active subscription for the following products.

You can install and activate those AVG products.

Let us know, if you need any help with the installation.

Thank you   why is there no blue dot against internet security? That was also active. Driver update also has a subscription but was not running at that time

I looked at the subscriptions and some seemed to have my Microsoft account name instead. I have altered them (I hope)

Mike, we would like to know whether it shows as "Installed" for "AVG TuneUp" and "AVG Secure VPN" on "My Subscriptions" window of AVG program?
Do you see separate shortcut icons for both AVG TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN on your desktop screen?

Mike HarrisonMike Harrison
all 4 say installed and all 4 are in my hidden icons and I usually activate all programs from there rather than from Tune up

Okay. Do you still see blue color dot near "AVG TuneUp" and "AVG Secure VPN"?

Thank you for the confirmation, Mike.
Can you click on both AVG TuneUp and AVG Secure VPN one by one from "My Subscriptions"?
Once it is done, get back to "My Subscriptions" and check whether you still see blue dots appearing.
Keep us posted.

That got rid of the blue dot on AVG Secure VPN only

Okay. Please open AVG TuneUp program and perform maintenance scan once.
Once it is done, close AVG TuneUp program interface and check the status of blue dot.

if I close AVG Tuneup program interface I have to the reopen it to see whether dot is there

I think I have it. My full scan is monthly - I think when I ask for a scan it is a quick scan
