avg anti track

avg anti track has stopped working
can you advise how i can correct this

Secondly, please specify the operating system of your device & the program version of your AVG AntiTrack.

Hello Midhun
nothing happens when i try to accesss the antitrack
and there is no error message
i am using windows 10 64 bit
do not  know the program version of anti track

i cannot access site to reinstall or activate avg anti track
as site seems to be down due to improvements to service center
will try again tomorrow

i have uninstalled and reinstalled avg anti track
and iy now seems to be working OK
