AVG Driver

I have uninstalled the AVG free version software but 11 drivers remain in the c:\windows\system32\drivers folder. I am unable to delete them. Is there any way I can delete them safely?? The avgKbd.sys driver controls the keyboard and if I delete them the keyboard does not work. This is so unacceptable. This driver is one of the main cause of blue screen crash.  I have already talked with your support team and placed a complain about it. I hope you look at these issues. I hope to hear from your AVG technical team to address this issue. You also don't provide any email contact. How ridiculous??

Thanks Nisha. I tried to reply to the email but it gets rejected. 

I would like to solve this issue by email instruction. This is one of the option suggested in your email.

I try to send email but it does not get through.

I have uninstalled the AVG program. So I don't have the program but I have the remainings left over. It crashes and the event log file gives the details which highlights the above AVG components.

As you couldn't reply to our email, please share us the following details over this post:

  1. Please specify the name & program version of the Free AVG program you uninstalled.
  2. Let us know how you narrowed it down that these 11 drivers are the cause of a BSOD.
  3. What exactly happens when you try to delete those drivers? Did you receive any error message?
