Delete account

Hello, I am trying to delete my AVG account, I have gone onto the https://www.avg.com/gdpr website and gotten my access link. But I do not know which section it is to delete my account. Please help!

Hello Antwahn, 

You can go to https://www.avg.com/gdpr , Enter your email address and click Request Access.

After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button.

You can see Support option in the side menu. > Support > scroll down and You can see the box to explain the description. Submit a request for data deletion.

You'll be able to access the Privacy portal through the email that you've received.
The data affiliated to your AVG account can be reviewed there.
In that portal, please navigate to 'Support' tab & submit a deletion request.
If you require any assistance during the process, feel free to write back to us.
