Hello. Yesterday my adblock suddently stopped working. No idea how, no idea why. It's says that it's active and working but it's not blocking ads on any website. Do you have a solution. I already uninstalled the browser. Didn't fix the problem.
We'd like to further investigate on this, Oreste. Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the ads that you receive & clarify the type of websites in which you receive the ads? Meanwhile, please check & let us know if the issue is with a specific browser or irrespective of browsers. Also, we've sent you an email including steps to collect & upload logs to our server. Please follow those steps & let us know once you upload the logs, by replying to this email.

Same as Oreste. Adblocker suddenly stopped yesterday. Set to strict and no allowed sites.Maybe coincidently got a W10 update that morning. Getting the Ads in my email from Sky/Yahoo. Run Privacy cleaner and CCleaner just in case. Still happening.

I've never had a Browser with an Adblock feature have AdBlock just suddenly turn off randomly like this, why is Adblock so easily disabled on this & the CCleaner Browser???
This has happened frequently. Is AVG, avast, chrome or whomever deliberately disabling AdBlock every so often so our browsing data can be given to 3rd parties cause this Browser is built by chrome?

We regret the inconvenience caused.
Could you make sure that the Ad Block is set in strict mode and verify if the issue persists?
To determine the strength of Adblock, click the Adblock icon to the right of the address bar, then click Settings (the gear icon).
