Pinned Folders in Windows 10 File Explorer

I remember a setting somewhere in the AVG suite of products that controlled pinning folders in File Explorer.  I feel like I may have clicked a setting somewhere that I didn't understand because now, every few days, all of my recently used and pinned folders disappear and I have to start all over again.  I have come to really depend on the ability to pin folders and see recently visited file folders in File Explorer.  It's a real time saver when navigating your files.

Can anyone tell me which AVG Product has the setting that clears pinned folders in Windows 10 File Explorer?  I'm using AVG Ultimate with Internet Security for Windows, AVG Secure VPN for Windows, AVG AntiTrack for Windows, and AVG TuneUp for Windows.

Hi Bruce,

We're glad to help you with the info.
There is a possibility for AVG TuneUp to remove the quick access shortcuts while removing system junk Program temp files.
Our developers are already aware of this & working on it to fix it at the earliest.
Meanwhile, we request you to not clear folder untill it is fixed.
To skip the specific folder : Open TuneUp - Free Up space - System Junk - Program temp files - Uncheck 'Jump list temp files' to ignore.
Note : Please ensure that it is skipped in subsequent scans & then fix the detected issues.

Thanks Dinesh!  That seems to have done the trick!  I also unselected "Automatic Mantenance" for the time being so I can check to make sure the "Jump lists temp files" are ignored on future maintenance scans until this is fixed.
