black screen

while i am playing jigsaw world on facebook without warning my screen will go black jigsaw world clear cache & history done all that but it still happens

I am not saying its a avg's fault i just wondered if they could help me fix the problem its the only time my screen goes black

Please clarify whether you experience this issue in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers. Reason being, flash player/plugins might be unavailable.
Meanwhile, please disable AVG protection temporarily or disable each AVG components individually as mentioned in this article to check & let us know the outcome.

After it goes black I try to reload jigsaw world & it goes strait to 100%but doesn't  load to the actual puzzle page its just the jigsaw world logo hope this helps you

Just lost it on M edge but it loads on chrome for a bit then goes blank its doing my head in lol
