I have been using avg antivirus free for many years. Now it no longer works. Away from the start menu too. Looks like it's on programfiers (86). Trying to download new AVG free. Then I get a message: avgSP is running, thus this installer cannot continue.Use the avgClear.exe.utily or contact support tearm. I do not understand what I have to do. There are windows 7 on the computer Also has AVG tune up

Also, let us know the service pack installed on your computer. (Press windows logo key & Pause/break keys together).

I can not take a picture of the screen, but write what it says on the message.
On the blue line:Corrupted AVG Antivirus detected.
The installer has detected corrupted AVGAntivirus installation on thiscomputer (service avgSP is running).Thus this installer cannot continue. Use the svgClear.exe utility to fix the problem or contact
the support team.
I have tried uninstalling, but it is not possible.
