Does AVG browser have an option to "open new window" instead of "new tab" when clicking on a link?

I appreciate the quick response but I was really hoping for instructions on how to modify the setting to acomplish that. I've never used Chrome and have no idea how it works so telling me it's just the same does not help. Sorry.

Kindly Open AVG Secure Browser > On the top right corner you'll see 3 dots, click on it > You will find the New tab, New window options there.

Sorry to be such a pest but either I'm not explaining this to you adiquatly or you're seeing something in settings that I am not. I'm well aware of the 3 dots and settings however the options I find in New Tabs apparently relates to when the computer or AVG Browser restarts it will bring up your previous tabs. What I'm looking for is when a link is clicked in an email or another web site AVG browser starts a new tab within the existing window and I want a new window. Exployer has that option but I cannot find it on AVG.
