Unable to connect

Hi, my AVG Secure VPN product is not working.

"Unable to connect" failure. What can i do?

Hi Mehmet,

We're glad to look into this & help you.
However, Turkey's government has imposed restrictions on access to all commonly used VPN service networks, including AVG.
AVG users with Internet Service Providers TurkTelecom, LifeCell TR, and Vodafone TR, are blocking all VPNs.
Have you tried to change the AVG Secure VPN server location to Gotham city or Wonderland and then check if it helps?
Additionally, please try restarting your computer once to check.
