VPN NL address blocked by filter supplier due to phishing

Since a few weeks my VPN connection based on NL address is blocked by (inter)national email filter supplier due to the fact de AVG VPN NL (Amsterdam) is used for phishing and spam mail.
They adviced me to shut down the AVG VPN when using email.
After a test it seems the email is leaving my providers network, but never reaches the destination (@Yahoo.de).
Also receiving mail from @yahoo.de still doesn't work.
Anyone an idea where to search for the reason or solution?

Dear Sreenu,
There's NOT a specific website involved: my email, when using VPN with prefered address Amsterdam, will be blocked by the Dutch provider due to the fact someone has used this address for spam and Phishing mail. It can't be disabled by the provider (security policy)
After a test with no AVG VPN I managed to sent an email, but the adressed receiver ralfdackweiler@yahoo.de, did not received my mail. 
I would like to use the VPN prefered address, but than the email will be blocked by the provider (KPN)
I don't receive anything: no pop-up's ......just an email response from the provider the email to the yahoo.de address has been blocked....
Also an email from my smartphone (with AVG anti Virus) will not be received by the adressed yahoo.de client....The provider confirmed an smartphone email (without VPN) has been traced and they could see it leaves the providers network...
